    这部分将会展示SAS在公共卫生领域的基本应用

    如需要咨询更进一步的应用,欢迎联系我

    1. 读取数据 Program and data preparation

    定义将要保存的数据路径或者将要读取的数据路径(如果已经有SAS数据)

    LIBNAME LIBO 'C:\Users\workdata\data';

    导入excel 或者SPSS数据

    File->Import Data->Standard data source->Select data file ->Click next ->Browse->Select data->OK->Select sheet->Choose library "WORK", Member "your data name, workdata"->Finish

    workdata是一个临时数据库,关闭SAS后临时数据库无法保存,用下面的code保存为永久数据库。

    建立永久数据库

    DATA LIB.MYDATA; SET WORKDATA; RUN;

    下次调取该数据库可以用一下code, 调取永久数据库MYDATA,建立临时数据库TEMPDATA。一般,我们将在TEMPDATA中进行操作,不在永久数据库中进行数据操作。

    DATA TEMPDATA; SET LIB.MYDATA; RUN;

    2. 数据管理 Data management

    数据管理一般在DATA过程步中进行操作

    从永久数据库中挑选一些变量进行操作

    DATA TEMPDATA; *建立临时数据库*

    SET LIB.MYDATA; *从保存在LIB路径的永久数据库MYDATA中调取*

    KEEP VAR1 VAR2 VAR3; *保存需要的变量*

    RUN;

    重新定义变量

    DATA TEMPDATA; *建立临时数据库*

    SET LIB.MYDATA; *从保存在LIB路径的永久数据库MYDATA中调取*

    IF AGE NE .; *如果AGE缺失,则删除缺失的observation, observation是指每一行的数据,attributes或者variable指每一列的数据*

    IF AGE GT 18; *保留年龄大于18的observation*

    IF AGE GT 100 THEN DELETE; *删除年龄大于100的observation*

    IF AGE LE 25 THEN AGEG =1;*将连续性变量AGE重新定义为分类变量AGEG*

    IF AGE GT 25 AND AGE LE 35 THEN AGEG = 2;

    IF AGE GT 35 THEN AGEG = 3;

    LABEL AGEG = 'AGE GROUP: 1==<25, 2=26-35, 3=>35'; *给变量添加LABEL*

    GENDER = SEX; *变量重新命名 将SEX变为GENDER*

    VAR_MEAN = MEAN(VAR1, VAR2, VAR3); *计算一组变量的均值*

    VAR_SUM = SUM(VAR1, VAR2, VAR3); *计算一组变量的和*

    NEW_VAR = VAR1 * VAR2; *计算新变量相乘*

    *对一组变量进行一样的操作, V1=6-VAR1, V2=6-VAR2, V3=6-VAR3*

    ARRAY BY1 VAR1 VAR2 VAR3;
    ARRAY BY2 V1-V3;
    DO OVER BY1; BY2 = 6 - BY1;
    END;

    *定义哑变量: 三个种族:RACE=WHITE, BLACK ASIAN

    WHITE: DUMY1=0, DUMY2=0; BLACK: DUMY1 = 1, DUMY2 = 0; ASIAN: DUMY1=0 DUMY2 = 1*

    DUMY1=0; DUMY2=0;

    IF RACE = 'BLACK' THEN DUMY1 = 1;

    IF RACE = 'ASIAN' THEN DUMY2 = 1;

    RUN;

    Subsetting datasets 从总数据库中建立一个新的只有男性的数据库

    DATA DATA_MALE;

    SET LIB.MYDATA;

    IF GENDER = 1;

    RUN;

    3. 描述性统计分析 Descriptive analysis

    *频数分布frequency*

    PROC FREQ DATA = TEMP;

    TABLES VAR1;

    RUN;

    *四格表*

    PROC FREQ DATA = TEMP;

    TABLES VAR1*VAR2;

    RUN;

    *分类描述*

    PROC FREQ DATA = TEMP;

    TABLES VAR1;

    BY VAR2;

    RUN;

    *变量排序*

    PROC SORT DATA = TEMP;

    BY VAR1;

    RUN;

    *计算均值与标准差*

    PROC MEANS DATA = TEMP;

    VAR VAR1;

    RUN;

    *计算多个描述性分析*

    PROC UNIVARIATE DATA = TEMP;

    VAR VAR1;

    CLASS VAR2; *分类*

    RUN;

    4. 比较分析 Comparative analysis

    *t检验*

    PROC TTEST DATA = TEMP;

    VAR Y;

    CLASS X;

    RUN;

    *方差分析*

    PROC ANOVA DATA = TEMP;

    CLASS X; *将x变量定义为分类变量*

    MODEL Y = X;

    RUN;

    5. 回归分析 Regression analysis

    *相关性分析*

    PROC CORR DATA = TEMP;

    VAR VAR1, VAR2, VAR3;

    RUN;

    *线性回归分析*

    PROC REG DATA = TEMP;

    MODEL Y = X1 X2 X3/STB;*STB:输出标准化结果*

    RUN;

    *logistics回归分析*

    PROC LOGISTIC DATA = TEMP;

    CLASS X3/REF="1"; *定义分类变量和参照组*

    MODEL Y = X1 X2 X3;

    RUN;

    6. 结构方程 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)

    7. 中介模型和调节中介模型 Mediation and Moderated Mediation Modeling

    8. 混合效应模型Mixed effects model与纵向追踪数据分析 Longitudinal data analysis

    9. 其他分析

    *计算量表的效度*

    PROC CORR ALPHA DATA = TEMP;

    VAR VAR1, VAR2, VAR3, VAR4;

    VAR VAR1-VAR4; *如果变量名是比较连续,可以省略写*
